1. Wash & Slice the cucumber. Cut a small slice to taste for bitterness.
2. If the Cucumber is not bitter, cut the rest of it and blend it completely with a portion of water and the concentrate.
3. Mix with the rest of the water and concentrate.

Note: If you prefer you can percolate the blended cucumber before mixing with the drink, in this case, we recommended to blend the cucumber with water instead of concentrate to avoid the loss of Lemon flavor.
